Onion (Sibuyas) Crop Protocol
Seed or planting material care and a leaf spray plan for Onion (Sibuyas). Mix each listed dose with 16 L of water.
Before sowing or planting
Before sowing, mix 150 ml of either UltraPure or UltraBoost with 16 L of clean water. Use one product at a time. Briefly dip the seeds so all sides get wet. Let them air-dry in the shade before sowing. This may help seeds sprout.
If you raise seedlings for transplanting, spray their leaves three days before lifting them. Use 80–100 ml of each product you choose in a 16 L knapsack. If you use both, add the full dose of each.
Foliar spray schedule
The dose shown is for each product in one 16 L knapsack. You may use UltraBoost, UltraPure, or both. If you use both, measure the full listed dose of each product.
UltraBoost works best during active plant growth. UltraPure can treat seeds, soil, and leaves. It is a general prebiotic fertilizer for every stage of growth.
- Leaf growth (20–25 days after transplanting): Use 80–100 ml per 16 L of water. Spray the leaves evenly.
- Bulb growth (40–50 days after transplanting): Use 150 ml per 16 L of water. Spray the leaves evenly.
