Rafael G. Canare, As a Certified Professional Association Executive (CPAE) and seasoned organizational strategist, Mr. Canare serves the company's board with clarity of purpose: to ensure that governance, policy compliance, and partnership development remain cornerstones of Agri Go Pro's growth.

Appointed as Board of Director and Director for Governance, Policies and Partnerships, Mr. Canare carries institutional experience that few practitioners can match. His career has been defined by a consistent commitment to organizational integrity, strategic alignment, and the empowerment of Filipino enterprises — from micro-entrepreneurs to diversified holding companies.

Mr. Canare currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Canvela Organizational Management OPC, a Philippine-based consultancy specializing in organizational development, corporate governance, and strategic planning. Through Canvela, he has guided a growing portfolio of clients — spanning agribusiness, beauty and wellness, digital media, and trade advocacy — through governance reform, policy architecture, and institutional design grounded in Philippine corporate law.

Alongside his consulting practice, Mr. Canare serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sennari Distributions Inc., where he oversees distribution operations with a focused interest in health and wellness product formulations. This entrepreneurial engagement reflects his broader conviction that sound organizational management and purposeful product development are complementary forces — both essential to building enterprises that serve and sustain Filipino communities.

Prior to founding Canvela, Mr. Canare served for over a decade as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Association of Filipino Franchisers Inc. (AFFI) from 2009 to 2021. In that capacity, he directed the country's most prominent franchise trade exhibitions, including the Filipino Franchise Show — an annual event that drew over 25,000 attendees — and represented the Philippine franchise sector in legislative consultations and international trade forums.

NATIONAL INFLUENCE AND POLICY ENGAGEMENT

Mr. Canare's influence extends well beyond the boardroom. He is a seated member of the National Industry TVET Board of TESDA for the E-commerce Sector, where he contributes to shaping technical education and vocational standards that align with the demands of the digital economy. This appointment reflects the confidence of national institutions in his capacity to bridge industry needs with public policy.

He is a recognized Mentor and Speaker for Go Negosyo, positioning him as a credible voice in grassroots entrepreneurship development. He is also Co-Convenor of the Online Negosyo Empowerment Community (ONEC), an advocacy network for Filipino online sellers and MSMEs.

As principal author of the DTI Franchise Bootcamp Module — now a standard training resource for aspiring franchisors and franchisees — and co-initiator of nationwide programs including Globe Negostar, the PLDT-SMART Learning Series, and Go Negosyo Caravans, Mr. Canare has demonstrated that his governance expertise is inseparable from his commitment to building capable, sustainable Filipino enterprises.

In his capacity as Director for Governance, Policies and Partnerships, Mr. Canare oversees the development and implementation of Agri Go Pro's corporate governance frameworks, ensuring that internal policies, board procedures, and compliance structures are robust, transparent, and aligned with Philippine regulatory standards — including the provisions of Republic Act No. 11232 (Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines).

He leads the company's engagement with government agencies, industry associations, and institutional partners — building the relationships and formal agreements that will support Agri Go Pro's market expansion, procurement pipeline, and long-term strategic positioning. His experience navigating both the public and private sectors makes him uniquely suited to represent the company's interests in high-stakes policy and partnership conversations.

Beyond compliance and partnership development, Mr. Canare brings a practitioner's sensibility to board deliberations — one shaped by years of translating governance principles into operational reality for organizations of varying size and complexity. Mr. Canare holds the designation of Certified Professional Association Executive (CPAE) from the Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE). He is currently pursuing a Global Certification in International Trade through the World Trade Center Manila.

He is a former Regional Board Member of TOSP NCR, a Past President of the LEO (Lions) Club — District 301 D2, an active member of the Bataan Chamber of Commerce, and a Toastmasters Sultan Group alumnus.
